The Encosta do Sol Urbanization is located at the gates of Lagos, at Chinicato village, and consists of 245 plots.
The topography of the land constitutes a hillside facing south and west with magnificent views over the city of Lagos.
The northern area of the urbanization will mostly consist of townhouses, while the southern area will be occupied by detached and semi-detached houses and one plot for 16 three bedroom houses.
